    Buried deep in the land of a 140 year old tequila factory and surrounded by the vegetation of the tropical deciduous forest. A former underground tequila distillery it?s one of Mazatlan?s last remaining secret spots.

    In this adventure, you?ll be hiking towards the ruins of the underground distillery through agave plantations and paths used by the factory workers over a hundred years ago. While you experience being in the quietness of the forest, contemplate it?s flora and fauna. Learn from your local leader about the tequila, nature and lifestyle of the countryside towns.

    After the stimulating workout, we will be visiting Los Osuna Tequila Factory and learn about their artisanal process and relax under the shade of a beautiful Huanacaxtle tree, tasting one of the best tequilas.

    Explore the history of tequila in Sinaloa through a hike in the off beaten paths inside a tropical deciduous forest, the agave plantations, and the secluded ruins of a former distillery.

    While we make our way to the ruins, a local leader will be commenting entertaining stories, legends and tales from our ancestors for you to understand the importance of the local ecosystem and the legacy of the tequila. If it weren?t for the harbor, you wouldn?t believe you?re still in Mazatlan!

    With your local leader as a guide, you?ll ride through the Stone Island village and it?s relaxed pace of life, a jetty with a view of one of the tallest working natural lighthouse in the world and the beautiful port, and across a secluded highway surrounded by tropical vegetation.

    Stone Island is located in a privileged weather strip, which creates the most enjoyable temperatures for the human body and the perfect conditions for coconut and mango plantations to flourish in abundance. Cycling through the Island is a unique ride through a region very few tourists get a chance to experience. Picture yourself on a boat ride leaving the city behind, getting to a place that looks nothing like the Mazatlan we know today.

    Upon arrival on the island, you’ll be served lunch on the beach before selecting two activities to do while on the island.
